The Sr. Staffing Supervisor is responsible for managing the hourly talent acquisition process for the retail stores ensuring that the company hires a diverse, high-performing workforce. Sr. Staffing Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all staffing services are expertly and consistently executed and result in the delivery of high quality candidates. Sr. Staffing Supervisors are responsible for managing staffing managers and securing a contingent workforce to augment staffing needs during peak hiring periods.

Staffing Coordinator

PAY: DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE | ATLANTA, GA

The Staffing Coordinator supports the hourly associate hiring process for retail stores. The Staffing Coordinator distributes application and interview materials to field leaders, schedules candidate assessments, and ensures that all assessments, background investigations, and drug screens are completed. The Staffing Coordinator notifies managers of hiring status and also addresses candidate inquiries. The Staffing Coordinator ensures that staffing records are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
